Home For Good is a blueprint to end chronic and veteran homelessness in L.A. County by 2016 by building the most efficient and effective system in our region’s history. It’s a plan meant not simply to put an end to someone’s life on the streets. Rather, it is designed to provide homes as a means to an individual’s vital integration into our communities.
