Secretary of Veterans Affairs to Visit Southern California

The Secretary of Veterans Affairs will be traveling throughout Southern California May 4th through the 6th.

While Secretary McDonald is in the San Diego area (evening of May 4th and morning of 5th) he will take part in the 2015 Paralyzed Veterans of America (PVA) National Convention. Following his time in San Diego he will move onto the Los Angeles area.

While in Los Angeles, Secretary McDonald will meet with local partners to discuss issues impacting Veterans in the area. Additionally, he will take part in a ceremony at the Blue Butterfly Project’s new housing complex, and also conduct a short site visit to a VA facility in Ventura County. The Secretary will then be departing the Los Angeles area the afternoon of May 6th.
